Working as a member of the Executive Management Team, the _HEAD OF

comprehensive set of standardised supports and services for family

asset-based community development as well as individualised supports
for those in most need. We work in partnership with statutory
agencies, condition specific organisations and community-based
agencies to identify carers, signpost, refer and deliver a wide
spectrum of supports to family carers. Our Carer Supports activities
incorporate developmental supports (designed to strengthen resilience
and social supports) and compensatory supports (offsetting negative
effects of caring e.g. poverty, stress, physical or mental
deterioration). Our programmes are underpinned by best available
evidence, relevant to the Irish context, and where none exists we aim
